All about problems with varicose veins, symptoms, causes and natural treatment

My mother has varicose veins and I know how painful that is. She used to be embarrassed by having a cloth wrapped around her leg, frustrated by writhing pain, and sometimes even had a blood vessel spurt. These veins were all dyed blue-purple, twisted, and all gathered in one place. The bleeding couldn't stop, and the pain became more and more severe. Finally, an operation was necessary. Varicose veins mainly affect adults over the age of 50 and are more common in women.

Do you know what varicose veins are?

Varicose veins are congested enlarged, dilated, swollen and twisted veins, usually in the legs and feet. They're even called spider veins because of the web-like appearance they form, especially on the lower extremities, calves, and ankles.

Varicose veins can develop for a number of reasons, the most common being lack of physical activity or a sedentary lifestyle. They are also caused by fatigue, sitting at a desk for hours, standing in one place for long periods of time, weight-bearing activities, or long walks. Varicose veins can also occur in addition to some dietary habits such as eating a lot of cheese or lassi, consuming a lot of non-vegetarian food, junk food, fried food and carbonated drinks.

 do varicose veins form?

The function of the heart Howis to pump blood into the arteries by filling or relaxing and expelling or contracting. The aorta in the heart is connected to arteries and is subjected to a pressure of 80 mmHg during inflation and 120 mmHg during ejection or systole. Blood then flows through blood vessels and on to small, thin capillaries, where gas exchange occurs with newly emerging tissue. After passing through the capillaries, the blood enters the veins, goes through a series of processes, and finally flows back to the heart.

Ways to fight varicose veins

Regular exercise according to age -

Sleep on your back, lift your legs in the air, bend your knees and pedal like you are riding a bicycle.

Sleep on your back, slowly lift one leg, hold it in the air for a while, let the blood flow down the leg, and repeat the process with the other leg.

Stand up straight with your feet slightly apart, slowly tiptoe up, now stay in a lower position for a while, and repeat the same process.

Walking is the best exercise. Walk 230-30 minutes a day.
